THE LIFECYCLE OF DENTITION
Predicting the future. Not regretting the past.
Every tooth has a history. Every treatment has a consequence. Every decision shapes what comes next.
Modern dentistry is not simply about preserving teeth, restoring function or replacing what has been lost. It’s about understanding how a dentition evolves throughout a patient’s lifetime — and making decisions that remain meaningful as circumstances change.
When should we treat?
When should we preserve?
When is extraction the better option?
When should we replace — and when should we wait?
And what about the grey areas, where clinical evidence, biological limitations, patient expectations and long-term prognosis don’t point in the same direction?
Throughout the Elevate Snow Summit, we’ll explore the decisions that define modern dentistry.
From maintaining natural teeth to managing compromised dentitions, from restorative strategies to implant-supported solutions.
Not through rigid protocols or retrospective criticism, but through real clinical cases, open discussions and critical thinking.
Because good dentistry isn’t about defending yesterday’s decisions. It’s about making better ones for tomorrow.

Faculty
Two clinicians. Different perspectives. One shared philosophy.
Great clinical decisions rarely come from following a single protocol.
Throughout the Elevate Snow Summit, you’ll explore real-world dilemmas alongside two experienced clinicians, combining different perspectives on restorative dentistry, implantology and long-term treatment planning.
No lectures from a distance. No one-size-fits-all answers.
Just honest clinical discussions, critical thinking and the opportunity to challenge established approaches.
Tom De Wit
Implantologist | Digital Dentistry Educator
With a clinical practice focused on implantology and digitally driven treatment workflows, Tom brings a perspective shaped by daily clinical decision-making.
His approach goes beyond placing implants. It explores the consequences of treatment decisions, the limitations of predictability and the importance of planning for a patient’s future rather than simply solving today’s problem.
Clinical focus: Implantology, digital workflows, treatment planning and long-term clinical decision-making.
Frederick Hendrickx
Dentist | Implantologist
Frederick brings his clinical experience in endodontology and implantology to the discussion, exploring the challenges of maintaining, restoring and replacing dentition over time.
Together, both faculty members will examine real cases, question conventional thinking and discuss the grey areas where clinical decisions are rarely black and white.
Clinical focus: Restorative dentistry, implantology and clinical decision-making.
Small group. Real interaction.
Maximum 15 participants. Two faculty members. Four days of education.
Bring your questions. Challenge our decisions. Share your own cases.
Because the most valuable insights often emerge from the conversations that follow the presentation.
